A His & Hers Fertility Reset.
Take 99 Days Before You Try
The 99 Day His & Hers Reset allows for a new cycle of sperm to roll through boosted by evidence-based lifestyle modifications, while supporting healthy female egg maturation. Whether this is your first time trying, or you’re cycles deep into IVF, where you are today is your starting point. On Day 100, we believe you’ll be in a better position to achieve a healthy, safe pregnancy naturally or through assisted reproductive technologies (IUI, ER, FET + PGT, ET).
Our Non- Negotiables
-
No booze in this challenge, no exceptions.
-
Absolutely no smoking, cannabis, nicotine, vaping, no drugs in any form even if they are “prescribed alternatives”.
Going cold turkey can be a challenge its own, so make sure you’re both ready before you start counting down on 99 days. We’d choose CoQ10, Acetyl-l-carnitine, and migraine care over nicotine patches, if you’re keen to give this challenge a try.
The basic fundamental vision of this challenge is to treat your body as you would a baby, so if it’s toxic, it’s out.
If you’re on a prescribed medication or nicotine-based product to help you quit smoking, this challenge is not for you.
Studies show it takes 6-9 months for your fertility to begin recovery from nicotine and cannabis use.
This challenge is about starting and finishing clean.
-
Supplements are at the core of this challenge. If you have a pre-existing condition, consult your doctor to ensure your medication does not interact with the proposed supplements.
-
Sorry, no synthetic colognes, perfumes, candles, aerosol/aluminum based deodorants, scented body wash, scented lotions, or scented cleaning products during the challenge. Synthetic fragrances and chemicals are to be minimised as much as possible, with a small tolerance for natural products derived from essential oils. Let’s preference fragrance free as much as possible. Endocrine disruptors are not welcome here!
-
Keep your water intake high! Start and finish your day with water. Avoid caffeine where possible, but ensure that when you do drink coffee or tea, that you increase your water intake too. Make sure to drink filtered water and avoid BPA-containing plastic water bottles. Water filtration products for your kitchen available in the Shop.
-
This challenge is designed from the viewpoint of couples who have previously experienced severe infertility, where natural conception is not possible and therefore contraception is an avoidable hazard. If you and your partner are both fertile, or have not yet tested, we recommend using natural contraceptive methods and modern technologies to track ovulation. No hormonal birth control (eg pill, IUD) to be used during the 99-day challenge unless prescribed as hormonal support by a fertility specialist for IVF/IUI preparation for fertility boosting purposes.
